• If you don't have much skill on HTML, CSS and JAVASCRIPT or don't wish to waste time in setting up your codes then Wordpress is the best . 
• If you are ready to pay go for Wordpress or else Blogger is the best .
• I choose Blogger.com as its totally free and i could express my skills on it .

A platform won't matter but the content matters . Write up an amazing articles , make sure you don't have any copied contents then your website will have a merit with search engines and your blog could grow up with out any stopping .
